The MBA of NSW “Excellence in Housing Awards” were announced at a gala presentation at Darling Harbour in Sydney on Friday 8th September.

At the event Alan Monk was presented with the award for the Best Exhibition/Project Home up to $160,000 for the Magnetic 223. The judges comments were: “All entries in this category were of a fairly high standard with good finishes.  All showed value for money”. 
Obviously, the Coral Homes display surpassed the others in the quality and standard of finish, and showed exceptional value for money
This high profile event attracted approximately 750 building industry participants.

The Housing Awards showcase the very best in residential building, rewarding quality, workmanship and innovation and attract a broad cross-section of the residential building sector including project home builders, contract builders, multi-unit developers, medium density housing builders, as well as builders specialising in alterations and additions.
