New Head Office Opens At Robina

New Head Office Opens At RobinaThursday, 31 August 2006

As one of Australia's largest home-builders, after eight years, the Coral Homes head office team were bursting at the seams in their Oxenford premises.

Managing director Paul Sweeney, who started the company with wife Viki in 1990, said Robina was chosen because it was an attractive location with easy access for his 100 office-based staff.

Mr Sweeney said it was important to keep staff happy and they enjoyed being closer to the retail precinct of Robina Town Centre. It is central for them and it is a nicer environment here at Robina" he said. "Everything is new and it is just a short walk to the shopping centre."

The four-level building has 3,494sqm of open-plan and executive office space on two levels with an additional two levels of car-parking. Mr Sweeney said the new headquarters had double the office space of their previous premises in Siganto Drive, Oxenford. Given the growth of our company to date, we have already factored in expansion plans in these new premises, said Paul.

At a function to mark the occasion 150 invited guests, joined in the celebrations when Mrs Margaret May, Federal Member for McPherson officially opened the building in recognition of this great achievement.
