The Antigua series offers a quiet retreat in a modern two-storey design. A grand entrance via double doors and a portico makes an instant impression. Four bedrooms are located in close proximity to their own central living area on the upper floor. Large windows allow ample light into the home accentuating the open plan living space. In larger designs there is even provision for a media room.
Choose from three designs, 30.0sq to 37.0sq.
Combined kitchen and family areas
A spacious contemporary kitchen adjoins the main family and meals areas providing large amounts of inside space for growing families. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar with ample bench space.
Main bedroom with ensuite
The master bedroom is situated on the upper level and adjoins a large walk-in robe and contemporary bathroom ensuite. All designs include a corner bath which can be replaced with a spa for extra luxury.
Separate study
A spacious study is located on the bottom level at the front of the house just off the main entrance foyer which includes a large window for maximum natural light.
