The Heron series features open plan main living areas, a modern kitchen and a stylish lounge room at the front of the home with large angular bay windows. The lounge room is separated from the other main living areas, providing a perfect space to unwind and relax. The homes feature a large modern kitchen which adjoins open plan living and family areas to maximise a sense of space for families. Choose from ten designs, 17.5sq to 30.0sq.

Contemporary Kitchen A contemporary kitchen with walk-in pantry opens out into the main family and living areas. Most designs incorporate a breakfast bar with ample bench space for families.			Activity room The larger designs include an activity room surrounded by the bedrooms which can be closed off from the main living areas – perfect for entertaining kids or providing extra privacy for special guests.			Formal Lounge The lounge room is complemented by angular bay windows which allow natural light into the home to accentuate the spacious living areas.
