A stand out feature of this design is its spacious country style verandah located at the front of the home. In the larger two storey design, the verandah surrounds the home. A grand entrance leads into the main family living areas. A large contemporary kitchen opens into the main family areas. Larger designs even include an octagonal shaped sun room with large windows for plenty of natural light and a great sense of space. Choose from five designs (plus one two-storey design), 18.8sq to 37.1sq, plus optional separate garage.
