| Jillian started in the industry straight out of school and has extensive experience in a number of different building areas including production estimating, contracts administration, tender and contracts preparation, customer service management and area building management.

| With over 22 years in the industry, Scott has extensive experience in both residential and commercial building. Over that time he has worked from Cairns to Sydney as a carpentry contractor, site supervisor, construction manager and building manager, gaining invaluable experience in most construction fields.
